[TechAssist] Sony KVTS20 (SCC-A50G-A) Black Screen in 3" on Left side of PiX.

Black screen in 3" on left of picture. It looks like a bad cap, but have
checked and changed many. The picture looks good except for this. It does
not look like a horizontal problem. There is no distinct line where it is in
from the side, the black kind of bleeds in . The regulation and horizontal
pulse looks very clean.
If I vary the screen VR control on CRT board it does affect the black area
some .. I don't think this set uses the IK circuit like some. I don't have a
print to check the video circuit. I am hoping some one that works on a lot
of Sony's has seen this before. I ESR'd most caps, used heat on the caps
and cold spray but do not see a change in the condition. The picture
condition stays the same hot or cold.
