Larry,
Just go to www.hitachiserviceusa.com and request a
user ID and password.
Hitachi will allow any servicer access to their
website and tech support by e-mail.
You do not have to be an ASC.
This manual is available on their website.
It's also available from sams as a copy service for
$35.00.
Hitachi's download is FREE.
