Here is the reply from the other servicer I was assisting: Bob, Who ever worked on it before us (maybe the customer opened it up) put a screw in the access hole on the rear jack panel. Until you told me about the access hole for this model I thought it belonged there. I removed the screw & cycled the power & the problem is corrected. Thanks for your help. Lots like the customer gets hit with an "idiot charge".
