[TechAssist] Sony KV27EXR25 that always powers up into the service menu

Posting this for another servicer who has a Sony KV27EXR25 that always
powers up into the service menu. He can hit "MUTING" and see "WRITE" turn
red, then he can hit "ENTER" and it turns yellow. He can shut the set off
but cannot get it to exit the service menu. When he turns the set back on,
it will come up with the service mode displayed. I asked him if this one had
the service switch (little hole in the rear of the jack panel) and he said
no. I have never encountered this and we don not have the service manual for
this model. I would suspect the EEPROM but wanted to throw it out in case
someone had experienced this.
