Subject: [TechAssist] SONY TV VERTICAL NOT FULL

> Hello;

vertical deflection Problem.

> The SET is a SONY 29 inch with MODEL number KV-29MF1, which powers up
well, but having a vertical deflection (Picture) covering/centered around
80% of the screen. The SET has a vertical deflection booster IC TDA9379,
which I suspected to be faulty and changed it, in addition to all
electrolytic capacitors located in the vertical deflection section - i.e. a
valuable suggestion from response from a TECH ASSIST reply.

> The fault is still not repaired, aside that, the Vertical IC warms up
INCREASINGLY at power up. Actaully I don't have a schematic diagram for this
SET.

can touch to help solve this problem.
