[TechAssist] pioneer amp m-4000 fix

symptom: won't power up, ac fuse blown
solution: front and rear output boards (front board pn: rwz3697@xxxxx, rear
board number: rwz3698@xxxxx), note: this unit uses a crowbrar circuit that
causes multiple parts failure, due to low cost of  parts and reliability
factor I recommend replacing boards, entire assembly with fan is nla, hth
