I hit "send" too quick:
I pulled the red/black power wire plug to the convergence PS board
(J19700).
Clipped a 100W test lamp across the main AC fuse holder, plugged in AC
cord and dim glow indicating no short. I then plugged in the plug to the
conv. board and my test lame went bright. Short on the converg. power
supply board. PS diodes test OK, I bet the STK is bad.
