Replace the Convergence power supply board (mounted above Converegence amp
board) #205686 @$30 us
Also remove bottom tuner cover and resolder all ground points and
surrounding surface mounted caps .
If bottom cover has 2 covers replace with I bar shield #242604 and new cover
#242605
