[TechAssist] Marshal guitar amplifier model valvestate 2000?

I took this in because my friend can't find anyone to fix it. It blows line
fuse at turnon. I unplugged the output board and fuse is ok. Plugging the board
back in blows fuse and hot smell coming from outputs. My question to you amp
experts is, is there anything else I should check before putting new amps in?
Never worked on these before.
