Blue screen after power off is 20 or 30 second opportunity for customer to turn power back on, without waiting for cooldown. After the 20 or 30 second interval, the TV will not turn back on until the fans have stopped running, about 2 minutes. Normal??? All: Anybody seen one of these RCA HDTV ATC321 that the Screen turns blue with the set turned off. The blue is like you are in the video mode with no signal. When you turn TV on everything is normal. Turn TV off and screen goes blue, totally. Weird. Is this normal. The set does have internet access in the menu and all sorts of menu options. I have tried to turn everything off, but there is so much stuff to turn off. This is a good one. I wonder how many has seen this?
