Thanks Guys. Customer bought set second hand and believe it or not brought
me set to fix. Well, I didn't know either and was unplugging before blue
screen timed out. Man, I gotta get out more, this is the first of this I
have seen. I have changed some lamps before but..don't remember this. What
will they think of next? Obviously customers don't know either. Now, I must
give back deposit, I learned something but there was nothing wrong with set,
geese.

Blue screen after power off is 20 or 30 second opportunity for customer to
turn power back on, without waiting for cooldown. After the 20 or 30 second
interval, the TV will not turn back on until the fans have stopped running,
about 2 minutes.
This applies to DLP sets only

All:

Anybody seen one of these RCA HDTV ATC321 that the Screen turns blue with
the set turned off. The blue is like you are in the video mode with no
signal. When you turn TV on everything is normal. Turn TV off and screen
goes blue, totally. Weird. Is this normal. The set does have internet access
in the menu and all sorts of menu options. I have tried to turn everything
off, but there is so much stuff to turn off. This is a good one. I wonder
how many has seen this?

Replace C14502 3300mfd 25volt
C14505 220mfd 35volt
CR14501 #155276 NTE125 ( I use nte580 or 577)
May also need to replace 2 surface mount caps off pin 16 of U16201
 C14501 and C14503 .1mfd # 190552
