Dear Brock...  
My favorite store:  "Antique Electronics Supply"...  check them out at 
www.tubesandmore.com.  They have 8 & 16 @ 450 in their Sprague Atomlytics 
line....  
Tube amps are pretty tolerant of capacitor values - not like SMPS's...  you 
could use a more common 10@450 & a 22@450 if you wanted to....  they also have 
fender trim parts if you needed to dress it up.
