What about the SCL and SDA voltage?
Should be very close to 5vdc.
It goes everywhere and that's how the "chips"
communicate with each other.
Won't work without it.
I had a case(on the ctc195 version) where the glue
that holds the smd parts on the board prior to the
reflow oven, had become conductive and pulled the
SCL/SDA down causing a dead set.
