Output of this regulator checks at 5.68 volts. Sounds right since it does have
a diode from the center pin to ground. All other suggestions made from other
techs. didn't cure the problems either, but I sure want to thank everyone for
there input. A friend told me that one of the parts distributors that send
catalogs sells complete RCA motherboards for less that OEM prices. If anyone
knows where I can call to get a complete board, I would surely appreciate it.
