Remove the flyback from the board. Grip the focus lead and twist the fly CW as
you pull the lead. It will come out easily. An article I read says to do the
same with the HV lead. So far I have not tried this. I push ont clip in hold a
screw driver blade between it and the fly while I press the other clip in I
then pull it out.It takes a complete revolution so the fly has to be removed.
