Ron;
That's perfect, we have a good description of your problem, and what you
have checked.
Check C559,which I believe is a 220ufd/50volts, probably replace it
if you haven't got an ESR meter.
Should be almost in the center of the board, slightly to the right and
back.
Don't worry about things...we are pretty easy to get along with, and
from now on will refer to the other thing as a vertical problem, or a
horizontal problem, and leave the word "line" out of the conversation.
Things in this business are hard enough to explain without getting
caught on a war of words.
