Thanks for your reply, Shannen.
The customer is going to buy a new Lamp, and replace it himself.
If he has ballast problems, then he will call me.
He says he knows where he can buy one, and it is easy to change it.

I see no way to make any money off these kind of problems.
At least if he buys the Lamp, and it don't last long, he won't be upset with
ME, and I won't be liable for selling it to him.
