[TechAssist] PTK195KB convergence off/not there

Problem in (main) EEPROM, turn service menu up and copy all informations from
old one, replace with new EEPROM. There are two EEPROM IC's in this model.
Secondary EEPROM for CONVERTGEN, but problem in the main one cause by loosing
grounds in main board.HTH
