[TechAssist] Need info on RCA e-eproms CTC197

We have a CTC179 --sound is muted--sound is ok when we defeat mute.
All tips say bad E-eprom, do not have new one, we know that one of the
code lines
in e-eprom cause mute problem, but not which one. All other functions
seem to work ok,
just no audio and "MUTE" does not come up on OSD . So, does anyone know
which code in
eprom menu will fix the no sound problem?
