Jeff;
That sounds similar to what the Von Braun Civic
Center in Huntsville Al. gives us when we play
there. Looks like dryer plugs that terminate into 4
ac plugs on the other end. The civic center was
"wired for sound" when built.
I know a person(used to be in a band with him) that
does sound professionally. He has some large
"jumper cables" that go into a box.
He will take the front off the in house breaker
box, and clamp directly across the incoming line.
Bypasses the house fuse(breaker box) completely.
