Depends what you want to do. The tuner Card is a good addition, if it
has Video- In capabilities.
Dual Layer burner is not a High Priority at this time, since
some of the cheaper Home DVD players may not be capable of reading
them. And the Blank discs are still relatively expensive. But I see
Dual-Layer and Single Layer burners are not that different in price
these days, Also a good Software Package like Nero 6.0 would work
well for most Users.
