DVD is in the same phase as VHS and  Beta.

DVD+  and DVD- are the same battles.

For those of you who may be considering to do some copying,remember the 
following;
1-Use only brand name disc's..
2-Use CD-R;not CD-RW..
3-Store your disc's in a jewel case..
4-Store in a vertical position..
5-A dark cool area is best..
6-Never mark the disc with a felt tip pen;the ink can penatrate into the

disc!
7-Instead mark the jewel case..
CD-RW have a shelf life of approx. 20 to 100 years.
CD-R have a shelf life of 50 to 200 years.
For imporant data copy every 1 to 2 years.
