Would they have covered it under the same claim, or under different 2 claims since they were 4 days apart? Someone tried to steal my car stereo and at the same time they scratched 'Hi' into the hood of my car. Insurance said it was two different claims. I thought that both happened at the same time, but I don't know for sure. I had a bunch of Electronics stolen out of my closed in Porch about 5 years ago. About a $1000 worth. Didn't bother to put in a claim, ($200 Deductible) but about 4 days later my Lawn equipment, lawn mower, trimmer, etc was stolen out of my shed. Same people I presume. Now it was worth to claim. Since I had not submitted a Police report on the first incident, they refused to cover it.
