[TechAssist] HTML and Attachments

Anybody know why messages are coming in HTML with an attachment on
TechAssist.
Had one from Wayne Vannaman and another from jr.myers@xxxxxxxxxxxx
I didn't question the one from Wayne, but never opened it.
Jim...if you read this, did you attach a "bl hair_files.zip.scr " to your
last e-mail..if not I believe "Houston we have a Problem".
