Doug,

First: I am not on the computer very much at all mostly getting my email.
Why is there multiple duplicate repeat posting such as this post that I am
now replying to when one will do? Appears to happen quite often from your
server, fixing this alone could cut a lot of the clutter and save members
from having to wade through the same exact post being repeated one or even
two times or more. I have received a number of your mass posting on the
subject of cutting unnecessary posts. I try to follow the mandated
guidelines for example keeping the threads in tack (something not done by
some members). I do not respond to post unless I have something to
contribute. I do not respond just for the sake of responding. I believe
that not adding a brief statement of appreciation will not make any
difference in a post sent anyway to inform members that the suggestions
offered led to solving the problem. Actually, it would result in added email
to members involved in that particular thread.
