Try these: From techrepairCD:
RCA\CTC167\B+ regulation poor. When set was off* the voltage on diodes
CR4116\\\\Replacing R4144 repaired the set.\\\\\\\\
RCA\CTC167\INTERMITTENT SHUTDOWN\\\\REPLACE LEAKY C4107 IN POWER SUPPLY
(NOTE: CHECKED 20 OHMS OUT OF CIRCUIT.\\\\\\\\
RCA\CTC167\PULSES ON & OFF\\\\REPLACE CR4902 ZENER DIODE IN HORIZONTAL
CIRCUIT\\\\\\\\
RCA\CTC167\TV Pulses on and off at full line voltage.\\\\CR4902\\\\\\\\
RCA\CTC167R\BENDING OR POOR B+ REGULATION DURING SCEEN
CHANGES\\\\REPLACE T4401\\\\\\\\
