I have seen problems on these tuner (MST series) with leaky band switching diodes (especially after a power surge/lightning storm) and with the tuning/bandswitch decoder ic that will put out the wrong band sw. voltages (rare). The diodes can be had to find, as they don't usually short completely. If you need it, I can email you a diagram of the tuner if you tell me which variation of it you have (MTT00??).
