I take it you already resoldered the tuner module. Did you
try to adjust the detector coil inside the tuner? Might be
Q605 & C317.

I have an RCA CTC130 in the shop that will not detect
channels above 37 when "auto programming". Channels 30-37 are
very noisy, while the rest (2-29) are very clear. Any known
problems with this particular chassis in the tuner section?
