[TechAssist] Re: A question for ESR meter users

The one I have now is from Art Shell and it is an analog capohm 1000 cap
checker and it seems okay to me.  I wonder if it is as I do catch a lot of
bad caps with it.  As with everything else..... it is a matter of knowing
your test equipment and how it responds to the components being tested.
