Hello Carl,

Lift one end of diode DL062(pincushion protect, near flyback) and see if it
stays on. If it stays on, repair or replace standup pincushion board. I also
would at least remove and clean the glue from CV006, CV007, and RV001 from
pin #17 IV001.These three can cause no horizontal sync and or shutdown. Or
better yet just replace them.
CV006 = 256858
CV007 = 244072
RV001 = 256743
