I'm having problems with this chassis, It goes into shutdown in about a
second.
The shutdown leg of IC IV001 pin 36 EHT is 2.3 volts sams says it should be
2.00 volts. it should take 3.6 volts to go into shutdown.
I assume it's not in overvoltage shutdown.

I removed MAV board. still shutsdown.

I'm Removing tuner tomorrow.

The IPO30 regulator has all the correct voltages except pin 1 which is 11
volts. This is high because of shutdown , I think.

All power supply voltages are correct.

I changed the eprom.

Drive signal at Hor Driver transformer looks normal.

All diodes in secondary of flyback look good. No shorts

Any help or suggestions welcome.
