[TCUG] Peek Elite signal heads

Has anyone experienced problems with PEEK Elite signal heads becoming detac=
hed
from the signal head brackets due to the fixing=20bush on the head becoming=
loose=3F
If so have PEEK commented on the problem or proposed any solutions=3F
Any feedback would be appreciated.
