Hi Dave,=20
=09I have heard of the Elite heads coming loose as I worked for Peek at t=
he Leeds Depot. All installers were given a torque wrench and told what t=
o tighten them to, as, as said, over tightening causes them to break and =
not tightened enough causes them to work loose. I would say that a lot i=
s due to the incorrect installation due to a normal spanner or wrench bei=
ng used.

Many Thanks

Dave,

We have hundreds of Peek Elite heads around the county. We have had
instances of heads coming down due to the bushes working loose however
this has mainly been on older heads.

As far as the sliding plates that Tony refers to, these seem to break as
soon as anything touches the head which then leads to OOA faults.=3D20

Peek have not come up with any solutions that we are aware of.
