The information is now published by Ofgem (www.ofgem.gov.uk), the page is
http://www.ofgem.gov.uk/elarch/retadocs/BSCP520_2.0.pdf and was last updated
in March 2001.  When an item is not listed we supply the details to the UMSO
who then determines a rate based on the wattage and burn time.
