Someone may have already covered this, but I discovered that if the unit isn't tilted JUST right (toward the outside so water won't come in the bus) it won't cool right. I had the unit tilted too much toward the outside of the bus...it ran but did not cool at all...I thought the A/C unit was bad. Kevin Evans (Kaveman on the aircoolers.org site) set me straight. One slight adjustment and it was in the 60's in the bus! --- On Mon, 6/1/09, Eric Woodall <eric@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > From: Eric Woodall <eric@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Subject: [tcb] Re: Window A/C units mounted in your bus? > To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Date: Monday, June 1, 2009, 11:59 AM > Are you over your snake bite Denis? > Did it hurt pretty bad? > > Denis wrote: > > There is a vent somewhere that will let in outside > air. > > > > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eric Woodall" > <eric@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > > To: <tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > > Sent: Monday, June 01, 2009 11:55 AM > > Subject: [tcb] Re: Window A/C units mounted in your > bus? > > > > > >> What do you mean by "vent open on the unit"? > >> > >> Denis wrote: > >>> You should feel very cold air from the unit. > Maybe you had the vent > >>> open on the unit.
