Well this sounds like a blast!  I have about two hours in two windows so far so 
we will see.  completely torn down and sanded.  I guess WW has the best kit but 
I haven't ordered yet.

So far only the little slotted screws that hold the frame in place are a 
problem.  Three twisted off, drilled three out and two just unscrewed.

I took air of pics so in case I get stuck.

individual tasks that you have to tackle.  As noted, you guys got me to 
thinking:  did you know there are (if memory serves) 22 separate parts in the 
just the wind wing assembly (go count em).  And there is some 55 total parts in 
the entire window assembly.  I still have nightmares from working on the front 
door windows in restoring busses.
