Steve I heard something about this two or three years ago , but then it was no
more but the ones that were already in existence did not have a problem and
they were also trying to outlaw trikes made from VW chassis. TED

I started down the road of trying to find out exactly who came up with and
voted in the legislation. I didn't have time to completely pursue it. I think
if we had that info it would be a good starting point to start protesting it.

Steve,Talk to Alma Jo as she was involved in helping "craft" the language with
this law. I think it has less "traction" than it appears at face value. As
always dealing with less knowledgable State employees is the real challenge.
