[tcb] Denial of title for Dune Buggies

It has come to my attention that under a 2014 rewrite of the Texas
Administrative Code the TXDMV is denying titles to Buggy owners. In some
cases they have asked the owner to surrender the title. The code was
revised to prevent truly off road vehicles such as the Rhino Yamaha etc.
from getting tagged and driven on the streets.
In the spirit of Martin Niemoller, we as a group should join the fight
against these denials. If there are any attorneys, activists, concerned VW
owners, etc. that can give support, advice, etc. please contact me. I am in
contact with the Texas Manx Club trying to stop the madness before it gets
