anything to it when it first came out also, however now there are 'real'
problems and pushback from DMV. The Manx club is contacting Bruce Myers and I
will let you all know if and when we come up with anything.

Steve,Talk to Alma Jo as she was involved in helping "craft" the language with
this law. I think it has less "traction" than it appears at face value. As
always dealing with less knowledgable State employees is the real challenge.
