That's the lleast they can do for messing you around.

They have got it right in theory but like most large companies, they haven't
yet managed to inform their employees about the service they claim to offer.

hi graham and all

vodafone have now admitted to me that i was given the wrong information and
they have told me that they are trying to sort this out.  still no word back
from mr. duxbury yet though.  I have now asked them for an n70 free to make
up for all the inconvenience i've had.

People are right, at least vodafone do recognise and offer talks free but,
their customer services is a total joke!!
