Thanks Mostafa for your help. unfortunatley, I can't get as far as entering my password. After I arrow down to the relevant part of the screen which lets you put in your username and password, I then press what I would call the answer key on my 51 which brings up an edit field for me to tyep in my username or mobile number. I then hit the menu button but am then taken back to the main screen and when I press the ansewr key again, it just brings up the same edit field where I have just typed in my username. Hope I have explained this properly. have not had much experience of using the net with my phone so any more help would be most welcome. Thanks Paul. ----- Original Message ----- From: "mostafa almahdy" <mostafa.almahdy@xxxxxxxxx> To: <talks-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, April 23, 2011 8:45 PM Subject: [talks-uk] Re: internet query : Dear Mister Paul: : In terms of your internet enquiry , it isn't that simple nor : complicated subject , I' am now landing onto the home page of facebook : mobile , to precise your case , it says to you "E-Mail or phone , : followed by a text field , in which you can insert your credentials : into , on exact below , it shall articulate as follows , "Password" , : below this word , you will be presented by a sensitive edit field , in : which you will firmly provide your password , examine it , and if : any further assistance are demanded , I' am glad to help. : Mostafa Al'mahdy , Egyptian Citizen , practicing English on skype: : my_speaker : : On 4/23/11, Paul Roberts <anorack@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: : > HI all, : > : > whilst away the other week, I decided to have a go at using the internet on : > my E51 phone. : > : > Although I had my Netbook with me, the internet kept dropping out. : > : > Whilst I was abel to get onto the net on my phone, without any problems, I : > found that I couldn't access facebook properly. : > : > Although I managed to get onto the homepage, I then entered my Email address : > but for some reason, I couldn't then access the edit field to enter my : > password. : > I then tried again but this time, putting my mobile number into the first : > edit field but again, I was unabel to get to the next field for entering my : > password. : > : > Please could someone tell me how I can do this. : > : > Also, I think someone recently mentioned some software which can I think : > help with navigating the net on my phone but can't remember what this was, : > nor do I know how to get hold of it. : > : > Any helhp would be most welcome. : > : > Regards : > : > Paul. : > : > : > : > : : : -- : Best Wishs. : It's always hope that gives meaning to life. : __________________________________ :
