Absolutely, I could not agree more and why vodafone do not seem to do something about this I goodness only know, it is just so frustrating and a terrible way to treat customers.

I'd have to echo this sentiment. I tried for approximately three months
before giving up. Never had an e-mail answered or call returned. This was
immediately after he'd appeared on In Touch as well, so much for his good
intentions.

I'm afraid where Mr Duxbury's concerned, talk certainly is cheap!

| Hi Andrew,
|
| My understanding is that they are in principal and theory although
| people have had some difficulty getting it in practise. One of the
| secrets appears to be not to go into your Vodafone dealership and ask
| for Talks. You should ask if they know anything about "The speaking
| phone". If they say no, then get them to look it up on their intranet.
| If you still have no joy, then the advice is to contact Mike duxbury by
| emailing
|
| Mike.duxbury@xxxxxxxxxxxx
|
| But again, people have had mixed results and experiences with this.
|
| Cheers now.
|
| Ian.
