you are better going in to a shop and looking at the phones the then ordering a phone and letting them sending it of for talks to go on to it.

Hi All,

Anyone have any contact info for someone who actually deals with Talks in
Vodafone?  It's like trying to deal with a load of big kids!!  I had
problems the last time I upgraded, and not  much has changed.

They want to send me the phone, then I have to send it away again to have
Talks installed.  I could do it myself if they sent me a serial number!

I'd be grateful for any info.
