Hi Andrew, what phone did you go for in the end? Good luck with the shop.
That's where I had to go in the end, but the only shop that knew about it
was 60 miles away from me. To give Vodafone credit though, they sorted it
there and posted it down to my local shop. It's much easier in situations
like this to speak face to face, less chance of getting passed from person
to person and then told they can't help!

I AM NOW WAITING ON MY UPGRADE PHONE ARRIVING, THEN I WILL TAKE IT IN TO THE
VODAFONE SHOP. Fingers crossed they know what Talks is!!
Customer Services @ Vodafone are not really aware of Talks. I didn't get
much help phoning head office either.

Think of the money spent ringing Vodafone to find the "TALKS" Person, you
could save yourself a headache and just upgrade your own TALKS license for
fifty quid!

last time i had discussions with vodafone over talks they only had the older
