I think the Talks is absolutely fantastic, best thing of the Century, well the 20th Century anyway and taking it in to the 21st Century but I agree with you Graham. If they do not even want to consult with us directly, pity they do not read through the Talks Archieves since the last release to hear what we are saying at least. They would certainly appear to be minor upgrades but personally speaking again I have the e71 and I welcome these upgrades.

This is a tricky issue indeed. I currently have an N95 and within the nextmonth I will be able to upgrade my phone and I am after one with a decent GPS receiver. I am also a very regular user of the web browser on the N95 so for me web browsing has become a bit of an essential.Clearly, no one wants to upgrade their phone without an assurance that these facilities will eventually work with talks and it does not specifically sayin the release notes that the web browser on the N86 will ever work. It does seem to me that there is very little fixed in this release, and certainly it is nothing more than a very minor upgrade. Manufacturers of screenreaders do normally advertise new releases before they are due or at least they give an idea of how often they should be expected. I do really wish that Nuance would be a little less secretive about future plans in order to help those who need an upgrade or need to buy a new phone.
