Hi Steve,
To be fair, there is a lot of work that needs to go into Talks to correct
these issues, since Nokia completely changed the Email client. Nuance can't
just wave a magic wand and have them all fixed. They will be fixed, I have
no doubt, but they also need testing first to make sure they completely
work.
As for KNFB Reader, they need to move forward too, since it still doesn't
work on phones like the N79, N85, etc, which TextScout does already.

Well thanks for that Jackie. I've read the release notes for the new KNF
upgrade and that it now supports the N86. I'm slightly disappointed that
Nuance have brought out this new update without addressing the issues around
the N86 which is obviously a key player at the moment, especially in
relation to KNF now working on it. I personally will not upgrade either
talks, nor KNF until I can properly use the N86.

The only feedback I can give you is that Nuance will not be releasing
the enhancements required for the N86 yet, though they are aware of them
and are working on them. That's all I know, and I do know because the
K-Reader is to go on the N86 given the demise of the other phones.

Jackie, as far as I can tell from the release notes, support for the n86
hasn't changed, the e-mail application hasn't changed, and it seems the
web browser still doesn't work. I certainly won't be buying an n86
unless the situation is improved.
