This is a tricky issue indeed. I currently have an N95 and within the next month I will be able to upgrade my phone and I am after one with a decent GPS receiver. I am also a very regular user of the web browser on the N95 so for me web browsing has become a bit of an essential. Clearly, no one wants to upgrade their phone without an assurance that these facilities will eventually work with talks and it does not specifically say in the release notes that the web browser on the N86 will ever work. It does seem to me that there is very little fixed in this release, and certainly it is nothing more than a very minor upgrade. Manufacturers of screenreaders do normally advertise new releases before they are due or at least they give an idea of how often they should be expected. I do really wish that Nuance would be a little less secretive about future plans in order to help those who need an upgrade or need to buy a new phone. I've read the release notes for the new KNF upgrade and that it now supports the N86. I'm slightly disappointed that Nuance have brought out this new update without addressing the issues around the N86 which is obviously a key player at the moment, especially in relation to KNF now working on it. I personally will not upgrade either talks, nor KNF until I can properly use the N86. That's all I know, and I do know because the K-Reader is to go on the N86 given the demise of the other phones. I hope this helps. I certainly won't be buying an n86 unless the situation is improved.
