Hi Alex,

You have that wrong.  You can't switch off when locked, so when you switch
on it would always be unlocked, hence unmuted.  Mute on keylock means just
that.

Thanks for that.

Mute on Key lock is set to Yes, but if I remember something
Jackie said to me on this when I saw her at Sight and Sound
when I was there on another matter, muting the Key Lock
means if it's muted and you switch your phone off and then
on, doesn't that mean there won't be any speech at switch
on, or have I got that wrong?
