Andrew there is a problem, all the link did not fit on the one line. What I did was copy and past and put in to the Address Bar of IE.

Apologies Graham, this is not strictly Talks but it is exciting news none 
the less.
Skype have released a beta client and it would appear to be very accessible, 
including Skype chat, Skypeout, and free Skype to Skype calls.
