Oh yes Barbra I know that indeed but I just wondered as there is a recording facility on the phone and I do not know how to use this? I did have a telephone, not a mobile and it was possible to record the phone conversation, every 30 seconds a beep went off and even if the person had not been told then they would have known by this indicator. It is not for secret purposes of recording that I wanted to know. Say for example if I was having a telephone tutorial, it might be easier to record the phone tutorial rather than me making notes all the way through and once I had the tutor's permission hopefully that would be OK. If my memory serves me correctly you have some legal knowledge so I'm probably teaching my granny to suck eggs here.
